FAQ’s
Frequent questions

Firstly, we need to know the details of your acoustic project. Is it an acoustic isolation or an acoustic conditioning? Maybe you require both services? Once we understand your objectives, needs, the specific traits of the space that we are going to treat, we can guide you with our basic assessment policy. If the space that needs treatment has already been chosen beforehand, we will ask for blueprints, pictures and, if possible, a recorded video in which we can see all the construction details that may be of relevance. Once we have gathered all of that information, we can fabricate a first evaluation of the services you need.

If our acoustic assessment proposal is fitting for you after the initial services (acoustic measurements, analysis, spacial predistribution, etc…), we will plan the previous steps to running tests and produce an initial report which will work as a guideline for the cost evaluation of the technicians and industrial experts required, taking in account the set objectives and the local appliable regulations.

We can start with a phone call or, preferably, a video conference to get to know all of your goals and try and make a first evaluation of execution time and costs. If advised, we can meet anywhere needed to obtain better knowledge of the details of the project. Keep in mind that transport and food costs, along with the working hours of our professionals, will be charged to you.

Yes. We will go where we are needed, along with our technicians and operators. Keep in mind that transport and meal costs, along with the working hours of our professionals, will be charged to you.

Of course. Based on previously completed projects, we can offer an estimated price based on the number of square meters of the room and its height, although the numbers will vary depending on the characteristics of the space, your goals, and the choice in the finishing touches.

No. Based on our experience, the best solution is to bring our own operators to take part in those acoustic tasks that are specifically designed by our engineers. It is preferable that the rest of people are locals, so that they can offer you a closer and cheaper maintenance work after our services are completed.

No. We recommend you use a local company, so that they can offer you a closer and cheaper maintenance work after our services are completed.

No. It is preferable to hire local technicians who will oversee presenting the global projects to the local administration. We work in collaboration with them when it comes to matters that are directly or indirectly related to acoustics.

In the case of needing a properly regulated acoustic project we will need to contact the local administration first and obtain a preview of the fabrication dates of the needed acoustic materials. From that point on, we can deduce an estimation of the days, weeks, or months that the different phases of your project may take us.

Of course! If you have experience or knowledge on this field, or you have qualified technicians who you trust, we can guide you in each step that you need to keep in mind to carry on with an acoustic isolation and/or conditioning, while also taking your needs and requirements in account as well as those of the local administration.

You will also have the possibility of having us visit the space you will be working on as many times as necessary. Keep in mind that transport and meal costs, along with the working hours of our professionals, will be charged to you. We can only assume responsibility for such costs when our operators complete the design made by our engineers from start to end. You will have the previous, intermediate, and final acoustic measurements done by our technicians at your disposition all the time to evaluate the results.
